Hello, We have a survey that runs quite some time now. Now we have added some workgroups that should be added to this survey. When trying to add these new workgroups, they are not visible in the list and it says "Only viewable workgroups". How can I make these workgroups appear in the list to add to to the survey? I already checked everything on campaign level, but I cannot seem to find the solution to this. Kind regards, Kelly

The view that is referenced is the "View" is in Access Control for your account. You have to have the "View" option checked for the specific "Workgroup" (not workgroup queue). I confirmed this testing with a dummy account.
