    Gabriel, I am not familiar with callback surveys but I am reviewing our call surveys. What is your caller participation rate for surveys on your inbound calls? David

    Hello, Not sure this is what you are looking for or not but if you need to offer a survey to individuals you are making outbound calls to you can create an on demand survey and associate it with an attendant profile. At the end of the outbound call the agent needs to transfer the caller to the attendant profile where the on demand survey is housed.
