Dear All, When I tried to add my CIC server on Media Server web page, it gives me error "creating of subsystem certificate on CIC failed" as shown here [ATTACH]871[/ATTACH] After I get this error, I checked the CIC server certificate management area and I found CIC received certificate from this media server, but I don't know why media server showing this error and refusing to add CIC on server list. I tried to reinstall media server and add CIC on media server again, but I'm stucked on the same point Appreciate your assistant guys. Thanks, Youssef

From reading the trace message it seems like the media server is unable to save the certificate file the CIC server sends back to the media server. I'm not sure where the certs are stored on the media server but I bet if you look at the media server logs it will give you more info as to what is happening.
