I'm trying to figure out a way for the Auto Answer ACD system to play a custom greeting based on the workgroup queue the call is presented in. The only way I can seem to do this would be by placing a rule on each workstation to identify an attribute of the call and then play a message to the caller based on the attribute. But now, I cannot get it to respond to any attributes. Running Version 3.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
