    I'm trying to figure out a way for the Auto Answer ACD system to play a custom greeting based on the workgroup queue the call is presented in. The only way I can seem to do this would be by placing a rule on each workstation to identify an attribute of the call and then play a message to the caller based on the attribute. But now, I cannot get it to respond to any attributes. Running Version 3.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Looking at the handler which alerts the user (AcdProcessEventCall.ihd) that will probably require custom handler work to change the file played on a call-by-call basis.
