Workgroup Voicemail Accessible by all Members

    Greetings, Before describing the current set up, I'll start with the issue. We would like to allow all members of a workgroup to see and be notified when a workgroup voicemail arrives. Currently I have have a workgroup set up called 'ElectronicProcessing' with an Attendant Profile and DID number. All that the profile does is a Voicemail Transfer to the workgroup's voicemail. (Should this be a workgroup transfer?) The workgroup is set up in Administrator with a generic user account 'ElectronicProcessingVM' as the Mailbox User. We are able to login to the ElectronicProcessingVM user account in Interaction Desktop and retrieve VMs. Is our setup fundamentally flawed in someway, or could this be a permission issue I have overlooked? I'll be happy to provide any additional details needed. Thank you for your help!
