Hello, I have a handler with few toolsteps and I need to view a report in ICBM of the call trace - i.e the toolsteps that were reached before the call gets disconnected. Is there some tags/attributes i need to map/set data in my handlers so that the same will be viewable in ICBM reports? How will the reports be mapped in ICBM? Thanks in advance Shilpa
