Hello all, Just curious, has anyone out there modified or attempted to make the Interactive Web Chat window facing the end-user HTML enabled? We're planning to investigate including images, javascript, etc from within the chat window so the customer can see a screenshot, image, etc. Believe the native chat functionality allows for text and a URL to be sent but curious if anyone has attempted to do anything more. We are currently running 2017R2 P5. Thanks all. Regards, Shane
