    Hi, I need to get the agent statistics for a sepecific workgroup, please let me know if any body can help me with in "javascript or C#" using ICWS web service I need the below output. E.G1: Active Calls Agent Name Status Call Duration Agent 1 On Call 00:01:00 Agent 2 On Call 00:01:45 E.G 2: Call in Queue Thanks
