Hello Community, I am running into issues where some of my co-workers are losing the configuration of their tabs when they close and re-open Interaction Desktop, meaning they are not in the same place when they re-open their Desktop. Does anyone out there know of a fix for this situation? It would be greatly appreciated. The weird thing is, this is not happening to everyone. It appears to be a user profile issue, but I am not sure and did not want to start messing with the server until I knew more. Thanks for any assistance.
