    Quick question. Looking for a report that would enable us to pull all the call data (Time received, user it went, what kind of disconnect the call was) for a specific workgroup. I can't seem to figure it out. Please help :)

    I'm not sure there is a packaged report that will easily do this, but a direct query of the InteractionSummary table could probably get pretty close... depending on the call flow.
