Service not able to be restarted on backup CIC server. Service not listed in Help section. Any info anyone can share as to what this service does, is used for, and how to restart would be great.

I had that come up a while ago, it was resolved when an unplanned switchover forced me to reboot the server. Started normally on server restart. I don't remember what it actually does though.
