    If a caller leaves an audio response, is there a way to export it as a .wav/.mp3/something? Thanks. rrcjr

    The recordings are stored as .wav format, default being audio/x-truespeech (no matter what the extension says). You should be able to just play them. Encryption is not released yet for the Feedback response recordings.
