  • 1.  4.0 WC-user can activate/deactivate them selfs

    Web Client 4.0 our users have the ability to choose options and deactivate them self's from the Queue/WG they are suppose to be working on...is there a way to disable that?

    Whether or not a user can activate themselves (or others) is controlled by their user permissions in Interaction Administrator.
    • Security tab
    • Access Control
    • Workgroup Queues section
    • Select a queue and click the Advanced Access Details button
    • Check/uncheck the Activate Self and Activate Others permissions
