Hi All. Just wondering if there is a way to build a sip ladder from the sip packets in the SIP Engine Logs either from within the log viewer or other application? Perhaps there is a way to convert to a pcap? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

I'm not aware of any way to do this but assuming you have logging turned up to notes you can filter on the SIP call ID and see all of the SIP messages back and forth for a particular call.
