  • 1.  How to search call recordings by DNIS?

    We'd like to just grab all call recordings for a particularly incoming ph#. How can we configure a search in recordings that will do this? We can't seem to find a DNIS related field anywhere...?

    In ICBM, click the advanced button and DNIS will be one of the fields you can use to search. The % character is the wildcard.

    ..what "advanced" button? There isn't anything obvious to me in that regard? If you're referring to the search attributes drop down, then DNIS is not one of the options: [ATTACH]754[/ATTACH]
