    i have few questions about PureCloud features and Architect, is it the only place for posting question or need to go to purecloud developer center forum?

    Currently this is the only place to ask non-development questions regarding PureCloud. A new PureCloud community site is being built, but it will be a while before it is open to anyone outside Interactive Intelligence.
