    Whats the difference between Pure Engage on prem and Pure Connect on prem

    Pure connect product is ININ/CIC

    Pure Engage product is Genesys 7.x/8.x

    Is my above statement correct ?

    These are essentially two completely different systems.  And your statement is completely true this is how it is.
