    Hello everybody,

    Did anyone solve task for retrieving of chat attachments for later processing? E.g. through ICWS sdk?
    Need to retrieve chat transcript and corresponding attachments, which participants exchanged each other during chat conversation.
    Policy Editor does not offer such opportunity to archive chat attachments directly, just chat transcript.
