If an Interaction comes in, and an agent forgets to use a "Secure pause" to remove personal info, the Supervisor will open the Interaction Recording and add a TAG of "Secure"
What we want to do, is limit the access to the Interaction Recordings based on a TAG, (IR_Tag.TagName)
Can this be done ?
I was playing looking around at Roles and Policies, but didn't see anything.
Perhaps I'll need to push back their process to use an "Attribute" instead ?
