    Hello everyone,

    We have recently began testing chat and chat widget.
    And need to know where we can attach any custom attributes and display ones in iConnect "Queue Collumn".
    Especially, which handler to use for customization for grabbing and processing (attaching) our custom data?
    E.g. use any CRM to retrieve any data and ones to attach to chat interaction.
    Or get some data from input chat widget formular (e.g. first, last name, phone number, email address etc.) and process them in customization point.
    But do not know where is best place in handlers for chat to achieve our custom processing.
