    Hello everyone;

    We have began implemented custom addin in Interaction Connect and need to get "My Responses" for particular agent with help of ICWS or custom handler. (it is about "My Responses" created in "Response Management" view in iConnect)

    Is there way to retrieve saved "personal" responses through ICWS or custom hadler?
