Division setting for Schedules/Schedule groups/Call Routing.

    Hi Community,

    In the release not of September 1st 2021, it says as below.

    Assign schedules, schedule groups, and call routing objects within divisions

    The access control feature now includes the ability to categorize schedules, schedule groups, and call routing objects in division assignment. Divisions allow administrators to apply more granular permissions to a set of objects, giving them greater control over which users have access to view, edit, create, and delete these configuration objects. For more information, see About access control and Access control configuration objectsThis feature has no restriction by user or required user to access.

    But I cannot find division setting area in schedule/schedule group/call routing.
    Does anyone know where can we configure the division for these objects?

    I've been looking for this too since those release notes, but can't see anywhere the Division can be allocated/changed on those objects.

    Same problem here.
    I currently manage 7 different Geneys Cloud Organizations (in .de and .ie), but on none of them I can see the association of these objects to Divisions.
    They are not even present in Admin -> People & Permission -> Divisions (where the Data Tables have recently been added).

    Can we get details from Genesys on the release of the feature?

    Hello all,
      Due to unforeseen issues, we had rolled back this feature. You should be able to see this feature back in prod environments by Monday - Sep 13th, 2021

    Question about this:
    Our goal is to limit the permissions of a group of users to only one management unit without impacting the forecast and schedule.

    We have 4 offices and the intention is to have supervisors from each office to only be able to make changes to their respective office. This divisions feature seems the solution but I wanted to know how it impacts the forecasts and schedules.

    Reason being is that all users work on interactions from the same planning groups, and wanted to confirm if separating using divisions would have an impact on this.
    Can someone provide more details on this by any chance?
