Workforce Engagement Management

Is anyone else no longer able to log-off agents within the Workspace view? We used to utilize the log off button within the workspace view to log off agents that would leave unexpected for the day and forget to log off. However, the log off button seems to have disappeared. Is anyone else experiencing this?

The Log Off button still appears to be working for us. We have found that you need to toggle the agent Off Queue first if they aren't already. Hope this helps!

Hi, sorry for the little off topic, but the Genesys User Experience Research team has launched a survey aimed to schedulers (or supervisors with scheduling permissions) to gather their feedback about different aspects of the agents' schedule.
