  • 1.  Agent logout when WDE/Custom-developed app crashes

    Hello,

    I am currently developing an app for Genesys Engage on-premise using .NET SDK 9. This is the issue I have:

    • I start two instances of the app, in both instance I connect to t-server and register to an identical extension. In one of the instances I log in an agent. If I close the application where I logged in (let's say the app crashes in real-scenario or if the connection to server breaks), I receive "agent logout" message on the instance that I just registered the extension.
    • We can reproduce the issue by starting WDE and then kill the app. In this case also the agent will be logged out.

    I was wondering whether there is a way to prevent his from happening?

    TServer setting "logout-on-disconnect"? Is it set to true?

    Thank you Angus. Yes, indeed it was set to true. I thought logout-on-unreg will do the trick. Thank you again.
