Hi WEM Community - the views for agent schedules seem to be limited to the individual schedules created (6 weeks max), however, I'd like to be able to view individual employees for a longer period of time than the schedule periods. Am I just missing the obvious?

Schedule periods can be 1 week up to 6 weeks and you can generate and, if desired, publish schedules out up to 26 weeks in the future.

The following Idea captures other relevant items (i.e., continuous scheduling): https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WFMSCH-I-6

Hi Jay - not finding anything in the Resource Center about publishing schedules out to 26 weeks in the future. The only way I'm seeing that can be done is to use separate 6 week schedule periods to accomplish this. Is there another reference that clarifies another way to do this (and to view the 26 week schedules at one time?

Perhaps I should have added an example to my initial reply for clarification. You can create a schedule that is 1 week up to 6 weeks, then create another schedule at the end of the first schedule for the next 1 to 6 weeks, etc. up to 26 weeks into the future. I did not mean that you could create one continuous schedule for a 26 week period.

The Ideas link I sent is akin to what you are wanting.
