Genesys Cloud CX - I would like to know if it is possible to get a pop up alert notification other than whatever browser offers.  Like in case, user has its Genesys Interface is  minimized or hidden behind, is there a way to have a little pop-up alerting the call that overrides all windows or programs. Also, if feasible, can I use it to answer the call as well?

The alerting options are a bit limited. You can enable notifications under Preferances
