Yvgeni,
I don't think you can attach documents specifically to the Knowledgebase articles, but you can use the Documents functionality in Genesys Cloud to store those attachments in a Documents workspace and then create a shareable link that you can embed in the Knowledgebase article. The Documents functionality of Genesys Cloud works a lot like Dropbox or OneDrive where you can create shareable links that allow external parties to download those items.
