  • 1.  Based on the Time, how we can change the Inside Script pages Good Morning to Evening or afternoon

    Hello Team,

    I want to show to the good morning , good afternoon and evening in the pages once the calls are terminated on the Script. so that Agent can read the pages based on the mentioned automate data n the pages which will be static data .

    just we want  sync good Morning or afternoon in the start of the pages.

    Do the time calculation in the Flow and pass the good morning/afternoon/evening text through as an input variable to the Script.

    You could use a schedule and based on open or closed (midnight - Midday use a morning or afternoon variable into the script?  That should work
