    Hi All You Bot-Enthusiasts! 

    The newest episode of the Q&A Show is here and we've got bot experts Mike Pickwick and Dave Pelland doing demos around YOUR community bot questions. 

    Up first, they showcase how to "Ask for Intent" within inbound call flows to return to reusable tasks.

    The next demo illustrates making a bot flow with English and Spanish languages.

    The third demo revolves around bots figuring out duplicate names for inbound call routing (think doctors with the same name).

    And finally, they showcase how to put DTMF values to dialogue flow in Genesys Cloud CX.
