    Saw this in a Call Log last week, opened a ticket with support, have yet to receive any help.  Hoping someone here could explain to me what the %21010% is?

    10:46:37: %21010%bburke


    This cam immediately after the following entries:

    10:46:37: Connected
    10:46:37: ACD - Assigned bburke

    I believe this is the value of the Eic_CallStateString attribute.  It's stored in the system as a value like %#####% and then localized to the value to be shown in the client based on whatever language packs you have.  I'm assuming from this, you have something that is setting a state string that doesn't have a localization.
