    Hello. Do you know if it's possible to change the colors of the status. The green "avalaible status" and the blue "in queue status" are too similar and, depending of your pc screen, sometimes it's difficult to make the difference... 
    I don't think it's possible but we never know, if someone knbows how to do this... (otherwise I will open an "idea")

    There are many ideas about ADA compliance and colors in Genesys Cloud.  Search for them and vote.  Not sure if there is exactly this idea, but worth adding.  I know many are looking for light and dark mode and other settings.  I have customers complaining about red/green indicators all the time.
