    In the Content Search section, it shows topics that we have entered to search for in transcripts, does anyone know if there is any way we can add wrap-up code as a data point? That way we can see which topic was discussed in the call and which wrap-up was chosen by the rep.

    Not at this time.  You could export the Interactions and Content views and then a pivot table in Excel.  Otherwise, vote on this one:  Filter on wrap up code in Content Search | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io) that is in development or almost in it.
