    Hi everyone,

    Today we're really excited to release the copy interaction transcript feature.

    You'll now be able to copy an interaction's full transcript and share it with team members, colleagues, and clients via Word, Notepad, Outlook, or any text editor.

    This is particularly helpful when sharing context with an agent for coaching and training purposes. 

    The copy button now appears on the top right of the transcript tab:
