    Hi Everyone, 

    Could you please let me know for Digital bot is there a way users can provide feedback for articles? At the moment the only feedback we get is users answer the question below:

    Was this helpful in answering your question

    Yes - The percentage of the article goes up

    No - The percentage of the article goes down

    We don't have agent assist is there any other way we can get feedback from users for articles? Any one facing the same issue, any ideas how to make it better. Please let me know.

    The only option is for the "was this useful" question that is enabled in the Feedback tab under Knowledge.  It will essentially give a thumbs up or thumbs down for the article that you can then see in the Knowledge Performance or the Knowledge Base display.
