Hope everone is doing well.
I wanted to know about the disconnect respose logged into CIC logs.
"Disconnected [Remote party is not responding to call change request]"
From the messsage, we can understand that the disconnect was initiated from far end (customer side) but I did not understand the mean of this message.
If someone have any documents or more detailed information above this message, request you please share.
