  • 1.  display business hours when transferring

    Hello,

    When doing either blind or consult, is there a way to have the hour of operation for the queue being transferred visible to the transferring agent so he/she knows if the queue is opened or not?

    Has anyone done this or have the same requirement?

    Does anyone know the technical name for the window in question? Is it possible to add additional info such as operating hours? This would help agents not to transfer calls to queues that are closed.

    You'll need to do this in an agent script Lim using some custom actions and data actions.
