Just going back to this and what I tried to do about a year or two ago. What I managed to get working was to have the knowledge/message code snippet in a Confluence page and then embedded via a web part that Confluence page into Sharepoint. Not the prettiest but this was just for a demo/POC.

Please would anyone be able to advise on if it is possible to embed Genesys Cloud widgets, eg: web chat widget, and knowledge content portal on a Sharepoint online site?
We tested with the embed content on Sharepoint, however, it appears that it needs to be an iframe element.
