    Hi all,

    We're trying to determine timelines for the planned EOL for Engage (on-prem).

    We're running 8.5, but cannot find concrete/official statements on how long this remains supported until?

    Documentation/announcement searches do not yield any joy so hoping direction could kindly be provided here, please?

    According to the official statement from Genesys,the Engage platform will be there till ať least end of year 2028

    What I will say Chris is if there's still any P2P benefits/cost reduction/incentives being offered by Genesys to move from Engage to Cloud I don't know how long those would be around.  So it's probably not wise to wait too long to start the plan sooner rather than later.  Although by 2028 hopefully Cloud functionality is close in line with Engage than what it is now ;)
