I have turned on evaluation disputes and verified the permissions that were noted as needed are turned on (Quality > Evaluation > Dispute). But when viewing the evaluation from an agent perspective we are still unable to see the option to dispute. What am I missing?
There's a new dispute permission you'll need to add to your agent role(s).
Are you selecting the Evaluation Form, while assigning Evaluation, which you turned on Dispute?
We need to select the same form, which we enabled for allow dispute, then only the dispute button will be visible.
Also wanted to double check if you had published your form after you had turned on disputes?
