  • 1.  explanations requests reaches only his supervisor

    How can I ensure that the adherence explanations requests from a staff member reach ONLY their direct supervisor?
    Which settings define exactly who receives the notification from this employee?

    We are an organisation with about 120 employees, 6 supervisors.
    And I want to make sure that only the direct supervisor receives the report.

    Hello Petek,

    Today, the notification is routed based on permissions.  If the request comes in for Management Unit 1, then any user with both the  "Workforce Management > Adherence Explanation > Edit" and the "Workforce Management > Adherence Explanation > Notify" in the context of a Division that includes Management Unit 1 (or the Business Unit where Management Unit 1 lives) will get the notification.  

    If you have many teams in the same management unit, you won't be able to configure it so that just the relevant supervisor gets the notification today.

    We do have a new feature in progress where all approval notifications can be configured to go to their 'Manager', this will be out sometime in the first half of next year.
