Knowledge Optimizer has top viewed articles and feedback, but other than that, you need to use this API by Knowledge base and knowledge article, so you would build a list of articles then one-by-one, list the feedback and present that in some way. I think Power BI or Tableau with Ttec Insights or A3S might be an easier option.
