  • 1.  Footer not showing under Contact Center - Email - Canned Responses

    Good evening Community,

    I am in the process of setting up email signatures for all agents via the canned responses, and we are not seeing the "footer" option to choose. We are in the FedRAMP environment, and I have admin permissions. I do have a case open, but was just curious if anyone has seen this before. I did follow the instructions located here, but no luck. Step 7 is where we cannot progress.

    Sorry Kevin, I don't think that is in there yet as it came out after submission to FedRAMP.  It is on the roadmap.  Check here for release information in FedRAMP. Release notes - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com) Check the radio button off to the right for FedRAMP
