GAX plugin eServicesManager problem

    Hello All ,

    I have a problem with the plugin eServicesManager for GAX , when i try to open it , i have an this error message as a notification

    " A problem occurred while retrieving data from the Server. Can't get languages from Configuration" ,

     in GAX logs i have this error:

     "ERROR: [qtp455659002-11] - [46] Error. Http500Exception Can't get languages from Configuration"

    Please find below informations about products versions

    GAX version :

    eServicesManager version :

    i have tried to upgrade the LP , to the version , and it doesn't resolve the issue

    Please note that we have installed the same version of eServicesManager on the same version of GAX in another working environment and it works 

    Have anyone encountered the same problem please ? ideas ?
