    Hello everyone,

    Do any of you happen to know if there is a good study guide or exam prep for the Genesys Cloud Certified Professional - Contact Center Admin exam?

    I have the Ebook from the course but I was hoping one of you may know of something that includes more sample exam type questions.

    I'd also be interested in this.  The exam is pretty difficult, so anything that helps prep for it beside the online courses would be great.

    Tracee, go to the Catalog link in our Beyond website and use the first two filters on the left to get to the exam prep courses. Click on Genesys Product & select Genesys Cloud CX. Click Instruction Type and choose Certification Exam. Apply those 2 filters and the Cloud exam prep courses will populate. The exam you want is at the bottom of this page, Exam - Genesys Cloud Certified Professional - Contact Center Admin. Click the orange button in the top blue section and that should walk you through the enrollment process to begin prepping for your Admin Exam. Hope that helps.

    The truth is that with the e-book you already have a super vision, I use the document center a lot, there you can find absolutely all the information you need for each of the tests, I studied this way for my certification and it worked.

    another resource that you can use is the quiz of each certification, those questions you already have a lot of idea for the day of the test.

    I hate to bother you with another question but do you know the exam is conducted?  Is it one on one with an instructor, is it time-limited, etc.  General info along those lines?

    It's a pleasure to be able to help.
    "Exam Duration: Genesys Certification exams are currently offered in English. The exam duration ranges from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. An extended version of the exam is available for candidates whose first language is not English"
    but I warn you that for online exams, you will need a camera, install a sentinel so that it is monitored and accompanied, there is a need to do a facial biometrics, but it has all the instructions in the document, it is very easy to do, I'm sure you will do very well

    Hi,

    Getting a Genesys Beyond subscription will be helpful to study for these exams.
    Genesys also have a lab-set-up, however it's access is reserved for employees/partners etc. 

    I've been, myself, trying to get the subscription for quite sometime, however no-response form Genesys (or my partner contact)
    Mostly the questions are from the training quiz only (at-least passing percentage)
