Yes.
The binary files can be deployed just like any other application without much trouble. But performing the Genesys config changes is another matter. Full disclosure, I work for InProd Solutions, we have an Ansible module for Genesys Engage.
Here is the Ansible module https://github.com/inprod/ansible_genesys" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://github.com/inprod/ansible_genesys
Patching can be completely automated, you can create a playbook that will make the management layer failover, then perform the updates. You can even trigger Cyara test cases to ensure the service is fully operational.
The Ansible extension allows you to configure all options within the config server and execute management layer commands.
To use the module you will require our application, InProd. Google us if you are interested.

Subject: Genesys deployment via Azure Devops Ansible Pipeline
Hi, Anyone have any experience deploying Genesys Engage On-Premise application via Azure Devops Ansible Pipeline?
I would like to automate Genesys Engage installation via Azure Devops. Do Genesys have ansible scripts that can be used to automate deployment via Azure Devops?
