How to assign the whatsapp icon to an interaction that comes from open message

    Hello everybody,

    We have an appfoundry application that integrates WhatsApp to Genesys Cloud and we have a need to assign the whatsapp icon to an interaction that comes from open message API or maybe change that interaction to a MediaType WhatsApp. Is that possible?
