    Hello everybody,

    We have an appfoundry application that integrates WhatsApp to Genesys Cloud and we have a need to assign the whatsapp icon to an interaction that comes from open message API or maybe change that interaction to a MediaType WhatsApp. Is that possible?

    Not through the native messaging platform settings nor with the Open Messaging platform.  I added this idea for tracking and your votes:  Allow Messaging Platform to define icon | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
