  • 1.  How to configure a cisco phone as an unmanaged ?

    Hi All,

    I have to configure  a cisco phone. I have tried all possoblitiy but it is not working. (Tried a polycom and its working ). Please guide me.

    Phone model is 7960 series. Thank you.

    Note:All neccessary ports are open.

    Unmanaged phones are not supported in the cloud just yet.  I hope to see that early June, but won't hold my breath.  Are you using local edges?
