  • 1.  How to Disable blank transfer for specific queues

    Does anyone know how to disable blind transfers to specific queues while keeping blind transfer for all the other queues?
    We have scenarios where we need the caller warm transferred to a particular team, but never cold transferred in case of unavailability.
    Any thoughts?
