Hi everyone, i try to configure 2 different SIPServer for make each agent can do IM to another agent with ISCC, but i have some issues like this

does anyone have same issues with me or someone can help me fix this ?

Hello Kevin,
I suggest to open a service request with logs attached. My understanding is that SIP Instant message might not be supported in ISCC enviroment but worth checking with proper logs.
